Direct Billing: most of our therapists offer direct billing. Check each therapists’ individual bio to confirm which insurers they bill to.

Each therapist handles their own schedule, billing, and communication with patients. Read your therapist’s bio for more details and their contact info.

Cancellation Policy:

1. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

2. We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

3. We do not accept appointment cancellations by email. Please contact your therapist directly using the contact information below.
