Matt combines his years of coaching experience with his clinical knowledge as a massage therapist to tailor his approach to the specific needs and goals of his patients. He uses a combination of traditional Swedish massage, orthopaedic techniques, joint mobilizations, and pain management through patient education in stretching and exercise.

Your session with Matt will be focused on your goals, whether they are just to relax from a long day of work or if they are more specific and related to performance or a recent injury. Aside from the massage you may be guided through some simple stretching, exercise, or self massage that will allow you to manage your symptoms between appointments and empower you to better care for yourself in the future.

Matt is not accepting ICBC patients at this time. He offers direct billing to many extended health insurance providers excluding MSP. See list of accepted insurance below:

• Pacific Blue Cross

• Sun Life

• Greenshield

• Empire Life

• NexGenRx

• The Cooperators

• Telus Health - including Canada Life, Manulife, and many others. For a list of the many current participating insurers for Telus Health see our FAQ on our website
