Originally from Moncton, NB, I graduated from Mount Allison University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. After spending several years in sales and marketing, I made the decision to go back to school and pursue a career in Massage Therapy. After graduating in 2005 from the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto, I moved to Calgary where I was fortunate to have worked at the Lindsay Park Sport Physiotherapy Clinic. This opportunity provided me with great exposure to a wide variety of clients with conditions ranging from whiplash and frozen shoulder to post surgical rehab and repetitive strain injuries. I moved to Vancouver in the fall of 2006 where I was able to continue my work in a multi-disciplinary clinic environment at Total Therapy Rehabilitation and Wellness in Burnaby. In 2008, I moved my primary practice to City Wellness Centre where for 15 years I had the privilege of working with a dedicated and professional team of healthcare practitioners while also establishing and building a loyal clientele. In May 2023, I had a great opportunity and decided to move my practice and join a new team of therapists at Paper Crane Massage Therapy. I look forward to helping current and new clients with their ongoing healthcare needs.
My decision to make a career change and reinvent myself as a massage therapist developed out of a passion, desire and on-going interest in helping people, seeing measurable results and contributing to their overall health and well being. I feel my business background and my massage therapy education compliment each other as I’m able to communicate very well with my clients.
My practice of massage therapy is supported and complemented by my own personal pursuit of yoga, running, hiking, cycling, and other recreational activities as well as my volunteer work at the Vancouver Sun Run, BMO Vancouver Marathon and as part of the paramedical team at the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games.
While I am trained in the treatment of various conditions, I am particularly interested in the assessment and treatment of TMJ/Jaw pain, post surgical rehab for knee and hip replacements and I am always looking for educational opportunities to help continue to develop my skills as a Massage Therapist. I also endeavour to experience many other modalities on my own so that I can recommend and discuss options intelligently with my clients.

A massage with Vienna includes a collaboration of deep tissue, sports, orthopedic, fascial and swedish massage.
When Vienna is not working, she enjoys activities with friends and family, and spending time with her furbaby Koa.
